To complete the Comprehensive Pilates Certification, a total of 345 Log Hours are required:

  • Mat: 20 hours of personal practice, 15 hours of observation, and 35 hours of student teaching — 70 hours.
  • Reformer: 30 hours of personal practice, 30 hours of observation, and 90 hours of student teaching — 150 hours.
  • Apparatus: 35 hours of personal practice, 20 hours of observation, and 95 hours of student teaching — 150 hours.
  • After completing the Reformer program, I feel a much greater sense of confidence and security in my teaching. Artemis has a unique way of teaching that provides students with all the necessary tools and knowledge to feel confident and capable in their own instruction.

  • I am a very picky student because I was always involved in sports and movement, so, for me to say I loved every hour of Artemis's teaching says a lot. She is there for you, understand you first, then delivers exactly what you were missing. So I would say she expandes your mind and helps you understand the mechanics of the body from the movement principles to the pre-pilates exercises to the mat and aparattus. I also loved that we were doing a lot of exercises - so the learning process was always: observation, execution, questions, theory, all mixed together. I highly recommend her courses, don't think twice about enrolling here.
