What makes Pilates at Mind and Body different:

Session Types

Private Pilates

Private Pilates is a personalized program designed exclusively for you, based on your posture and mobility, physical condition, specific needs, and personal goals. Starting with the initial assessment and through continuous monitoring of your progress, the instructor adapts the exercises, equipment, intensity, and pace of each session. It is an ideal choice for those who want absolute personal guidance, have musculoskeletal discomfort or limitations, are returning to exercise, or want to precisely improve their strength, posture, and movement quality.

Duet Pilates

Duet Pilates offers the quality and attention of a personal lesson for two people with similar needs, abilities, or goals. The instructor organizes the program so that both participants follow a shared flow, while applying the appropriate adaptations for each individual. It is an enjoyable and effective option for partners, friends, or relatives who want to exercise together without losing the significant benefits of personal guidance.

Small Group Pilates

Small groups of up to 6 people, with personal attention and substantial guidance. Every time, the instructor knows in advance who will participate and shapes the class based on the profile, capabilities, and needs of the specific trainees, taking into account any limitations, discomforts, or injuries. The content of the session is adapted to meet the needs of all six participants as closely as possible.

Pilates for athletic performance

Pilates for athletic performance is aimed at athletes and active practitioners who want to improve their movement quality and support their bodies against repetitive strain. The program focuses on core stability, spinal and joint mobility, pelvic control, coordination, and the balance between strength and flexibility. For golf, it enhances rotational movement control; for tennis, stability and changes of direction; and for running, it supports alignment, symmetry, and movement efficiency.

Pilates for 50+

Strength and freedom of movement for an active life

Pilates for 50+ is aimed at people who want to stay active, improve their physical condition, and enjoy what they love, from sports and traveling to a full everyday life. The program focuses on muscle strength, mobility, balance, and coordination, with an emphasis on core stability, posture, and movement quality. Whether you exercise regularly or are just starting out, the instructor adapts the exercises, intensity, and pace to your capabilities and goals. With personal guidance and gradual progression, each class supports a stronger, more agile body ready for whatever you want to do.
